- 2.4. N.F.I.P.L provides assistance in completing and submitting loan applications, but the final decision on loan approval rests solely with the lender.
- 2.5. The company may offer guidance on improving credit scores and financial advice to enhance loan eligibility, but this does not guarantee loan approval.
- 2.6. Services offered by N.F.I.P.L are limited to loan facilitation; the company does not provide any financial products directly.
- 2.7. N.F.I.P.L is not responsible for the terms or conditions of the loan, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and other loan details, which are determined by the lender.

- 2.9. N.F.I.P.L does not charge any fees to the clients for the loan itself; any service fees charged are for the facilitation process only.

Eligibility Criteria
- 3.1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India.
- 3.2. Applicants must have a valid government-issued ID and bank account.
- 3.3. Applicants must demonstrate a stable source of income, either from employment, self-employment, or other verifiable means.
- 3.4. The applicant’s credit history will be considered; however, N.F.I.P.L specializes in assisting individuals with lower credit scores.
- 3.5. Applicants must not be currently declared bankrupt or undergoing any form of insolvency proceedings.
- 3.6. Applicants must have a functional mobile number and email address for communication and application processing.
- 3.7. Applicants are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their financial status, employment, and personal details as part of the application process.
- 3.8. N.F.I.P.L reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant who fails to meet these criteria or provides false or misleading information.
- 3.9. The company may periodically update eligibility requirements in accordance with changes in financial regulations and market conditions.
- 3.10. Previous customers of N.F.I.P.L who have successfully repaid loans may be eligible for expedited processing or other preferential treatment in subsequent applications, subject to company policies.
Application Process

Service Fee
- 5.1. N.F.I.P.L charges a non-refundable service fee, variable based on loan amount and application complexity.
- 5.2. The fee covers administrative and operational costs and is payable even if a loan is not granted.
- 5.3. The specific fee amount and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of application and must be agreed upon by the applicant before proceeding.
- 5.4. The fee is due and payable upon submission of the loan application and can be paid through methods specified on the website or mobile application.
- 5.5. The service fee does not constitute a part of the loan amount and is a separate charge for the facilitation services provided by N.F.I.P.L.
- 5.6. In the event of application cancellation or withdrawal by the applicant, the service fee will not be refunded.
- 5.7. N.F.I.P.L reserves the right to alter the service fee structure, which will be applicable for applications made after such changes are announced.
- 5.8. Failure to pay the service fee may result in the application not being processed or forwarded to potential lenders.

Client Responsibilities
- 6.1. Clients must provide truthful and complete information regarding their financial status.
- 6.2. Clients acknowledge that credit scores and financial history may impact loan approval.
- 6.3. Clients are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of any loan offered by lenders through N.F.I.P.L\'s network.
- 6.4. It is the client\'s responsibility to inform N.F.I.P.L immediately of any changes in their financial situation or personal information during the application process.
- 6.5. Clients must ensure timely responses to any requests for additional information or documentation from N.F.I.P.L or potential lenders.
- 6.6. Clients should review and comprehend all aspects of the loan agreement, including interest rates, repayment terms, and any fees or penalties, before acceptance.
- 6.7. Clients are responsible for adhering to the terms of the loan agreement once a loan is accepted, including making all repayments on time.
- 6.8. Clients must not use loan funds for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes as defined by Indian law and the terms set by the lender.
- 6.9. Clients should maintain regular communication with both N.F.I.P.L and the lender, especially in case of any difficulties in loan repayment or other concerns.
- 6.10. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the ability to repay the loan as per the agreed terms to avoid financial and legal repercussions.
- 6.11. Clients must respect the intellectual property rights of N.F.I.P.L, including trademarks, website content, and any proprietary technology used in the application process.
- 6.12. Clients agree to cooperate fully with N.F.I.P.L in the event of any dispute or investigation involving their loan application or loan agreement.

Disclaimers

- 7.3. N.F.I.P.L disclaims any liability for any loss or damage that may arise from the client\'s inability to secure a loan.
- 7.4. The company makes no representation regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the loans offered by lenders for any purpose.
- 7.5. N.F.I.P.L does not endorse any lender in its network and makes no representation about the quality, content, or reliability of their services.
- 7.6. The company is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

- 7.10. N.F.I.P.L does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the service will be corrected.
- 7.11. The company specifically disclaims any liability for any actions resulting from the client\'s participation in any services offered by N.F.I.P.L.

Limitation of Liability
- 8.1. N.F.I.P.L is not liable for any rejection of loan applications.
- 8.2. The company bears no responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.
- 8.3. N.F.I.P.L shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client\'s inability to access or use the services due to interruptions or malfunctions of the website or mobile application.
- 8.4. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of client information.
- 8.5. N.F.I.P.L shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content provided on its website or application, nor for any damage or loss incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service.
- 8.6. The company’s aggregate liability in connection with the services provided, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the total service fees paid by the client to N.F.I.P.L during the month preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
- 8.7. N.F.I.P.L is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the company’s reasonable control.
- 8.8. The company is not responsible for any third-party links, services, resources, or information provided on or through the website or mobile application, and the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or approval by N.F.I.P.L.
- 8.9. N.F.I.P.L disclaims all liability in the event of any service provider or lender’s bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of business.

Clients acknowledge that N.F.I.P.L is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if N.F.I.P.L has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 8.11. N.F.I.P.L’s limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and shall survive any termination or expiration of the Terms and Conditions or the use of N.F.I.P.L’s services.

- 11 Dispute Resolution
- 11.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.

- 14.3. N.F.I.P.L reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client’s access to services without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if the client breaches the Terms and Conditions.
- 14.4. Upon termination, the client’s right to use the services will cease immediately.
- 14.5. Termination of services does not affect the client\'s obligation to repay any outstanding loans obtained through N.F.I.P.L\'s facilitation.
- 14.6. N.F.I.P.L is not obliged to provide a reason for the termination of services to a client.
- 14.7. The client has the right to terminate their use of N.F.I.P.L’s services at any time; however, this does not absolve them of any existing obligations or liabilities.
- 14.8. Upon termination, N.F.I.P.L will delete or anonymize the client’s personal data from its databases, except to the extent retention is required by law.
- 14.9. N.F.I.P.L will notify the client of the termination of services through the client’s provided email address.
- 14.10. Any termination of services shall not affect any liabilities incurred by the client prior to the termination or relieve the client of any obligations arising under the Terms and Conditions prior to termination.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- 15.1. All intellectual property rights related to the services are owned by N.F.I.P.L.
- 15.2. Clients agree to indemnify N.F.I.P.L against all losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to their use of the services.

- 15.7. The headings in these terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
- 15.8. N.F.I.P.L may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms without restriction.

- 16.8. Clients understand that N.F.I.P.L may, at its sole discretion, verify the authenticity of the information provided by the client.
- 16.9. The client agrees that their use of the service is at their sole risk and discretion.
- 16.10. The client acknowledges and agrees that they have no ownership rights in their account or any other rights in the service, except as expressly set out in these terms.
